HONEYCOMB EXPANDER
Manual trolley
Ideal for expanding small quantities of alveolar sheets at a low density, the trolley makes it possible to save on transport costs and on the storage space for the alveolar, which in its compact shape has an extremely small volume and is a lot less fragile
MOTORIZED EXPANDER
The help of a traction motor is required for those productions with high cadence and with the alveolar of an opening of a specific weight bigger than 30Kg/m3
The machine illustrated here, thanks to the double engine, allows the opening of sites at high density, even 50 cm thick. Being a modular construction, it is possible to size the expander according to specific needs.

Our lifter is designed to “be installed on the fork lift”, thus making it possible to avoid buying a machine or a special crane and consequently minimizing the stocking space, thank to its reduced vertical volume. The instalment and the disinstalment are very easy and it works by battery power by means of its special connection.

SAWDUST ASPIRATION PLANT (SYSTEM)
The aspiration of aluminium dust produced by the saw not only meets the criteria valid for any industrial aspiration but also 3 specific needs:
1) It ensures a level of cleaning sufficient to avoid the dragging of possible waste which can affect the quality of the cut, which cannot present lines or incrustations
2) to avoid the creation of possible dust deposits in the saw and in the system, which may be a danger in the event of an explosion
3) a safe operation even during night work or when it is not supervised.
Regarding the explosion risk, it has to be underlined that the dust resulting from the cut of the Honeycomb blocks, formed from sheets just a few tens of microns thick, are particularly thin and if the suitable conditions arise, they could explode.
An aspiration system pays back in a small period, because it permits to pick up separately the dust destining it to the sale.
